UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery - £5.00

Standard UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm as standard. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive with you.

Express UK delivery - £9.00

Express UK deliveries are sent via DHL. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm as standard. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to arrive with you.

During busy periods delivery times may be slightly longer however we try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Deliveries to remote locations may take a little longer to reach you. If you have any queries regarding your delivery or foresee there being an issue with us shipping your order as you live in a remote locale, please email us at hello@jorumstudio.com before ordering. We will try our best to give you a clear estimation on delivery times and if we are able to ship to your address. We apologise in advance if our shipping methods cannot reach you easily or incur higher charges.

UK deliveries include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

PLEASE NOTE:

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If your order is being delivered by any delivery service and you will be unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order. If your order is not able to be delivered for any of the below reasons, the order will be returned to Jorum Studio at which point you will be refunded for your order minus any applicable shipping costs.

If your order is returned to Jorum Studio by one of our delivery partners, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:

• The parcel was refused.
• Our delivery partner was unable to access the address after several attempts. 
• The delivery address was incomplete.

Jorum Studio cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions that you give to the delivery company. For example, if you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given to us at the time of your order (e.g. in a ‘safe place’, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

For your safety and security we do not deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus or Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

 

International Shipping

International delivery takes on average 7 to 10 working days depending on region and a countries customs process.

Our International delivery rate is £15.00 to the following countries;

We kindly remind our international customers that Jorum Studio is not be liable for any VAT customs issued by the country of destination. Payment of any duty, import tax or associated costs is the full responsibility of the customer. Jorum Studio will not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by the government of destination. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

If a recipient refuses delivery due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore the recipient will not eligible for a refund on their order.

All international orders will not be charged VAT by us as it is expected that VAT will be added at import by the destination country.

In-store collection

You can choose to collect your order from our Edinburgh, Stockbridge store. Once your order is available at the store you'll get an email confirming it's ready to be picked up.

Your order can only be collected within the stores opening hours. Please check what these are before collection as seasonal opening hours may be in operation. Please ensure you have your order number and ID available in order to collect your order.

You have up to 10 days to collect your parcel in-store. You will be reminded three times within this period to pick up your parcel. If you fail to pick up your parcel within this period, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within 14 days following.
